1. Free beta
CardAtlas is currently offered as a free beta. Features may change, break or be temporarily unavailable. We may introduce paid plans in the future — existing accounts will always be notified before any change.
2. Prices are informational only
All prices shown in CardAtlas are estimates, aggregated from third-party sources such as Cardmarket, TCGplayer, Pokémon TCG API, TCGdex and Limitless TCG. Prices can be inaccurate, out of date or missing. We make no guarantee of price accuracy.
3. Your decisions, your responsibility
You remain fully responsible for any buying, selling or trading decisions you make based on information shown in CardAtlas. Do your own research before completing a transaction.
4. Acceptable use
Don't abuse the service. In particular, don't: scrape data at industrial scale, attempt to break authentication or rate limits, upload illegal or harmful content, harass other users, or misrepresent cards in trades. We can suspend accounts that break these rules.
5. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for activity on your account. Notify us at support@cardatlas.nl if you suspect unauthorised access.
6. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that create legal, security or operational risk. You can close your account at any time from your settings.
7. Intellectual property
The CardAtlas name, design and code are ours. Card images, set names and card names are the property of their respective rights holders (see the disclaimer below). Content you add to your collection remains yours; you grant us a limited licence to store and display it inside the app.
8. Limitation of liability
CardAtlas is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including losses related to trading, buying or selling cards.
